Job Description
SGS CAREERS – PH is seeking a dedicated Gaming Assistant to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and document calls using established scripts and procedures. This role also includes mentoring junior staff, conveying expert services to clients, and ensuring timely task completion.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a monthly salary between Php 18,00.00 and Php 26,00.00. Employees enjoy benefits such as flexible scheduling, health insurance, paid training, and avenues for career advancement. The working hours consist of an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed.
