Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include providing accurate information regarding our products, services, and company policies, as well as efficiently resolving any customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
No previous experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will enjoy a weekday work schedule, with weekends off.
Qualifications include strong communication skills, Filipino citizenship or relevant residency status, and a diploma (high school, college, or vocational). We offer competitive compensation of up to Php26,00.00 per month, along with HMO, paid training, and additional benefits.
