Job Description
Production Manager Responsibilities:
- Staff Supervision: Oversee the garment production staff, ensuring that they follow instructions, particularly regarding the rework of rejected items.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the quality standards set by the company. This includes monitoring measurements, quantity, and overall quality of the garments.
- Time Management: Conduct time studies for new operations to optimize production efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Prioritization: Ensure that the production staff prioritizes reworking rejected items and that these are handled promptly to maintain quality standards.
- Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the garment production process, from fabric cutting to final assembly, to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php16,00.00 per month
