APL Logistics is seeking a dedicated and experienced GBS Operations Supervisor to lead our Operations team. In this key role, you will provide guidance and leadership to both team leaders and members, ensuring that we meet customer and business objectives through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation of operational processes designed to enhance productivity, timeliness, and quality. You will monitor team methods, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements to boost operational efficiency. This position reports directly to the Global Business Services – Operations Manager.
