Job Description
APL Logistics is looking for a GBS Service Quality Specialist to ensure the streamlined and effective utilization of processes and applications, thereby delivering service excellence. The ideal candidate will work closely with various functional teams to implement new processes and evaluate existing ones to improve efficiency and service deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document and implement enhanced processes with clear KPIs and SLAs.
