Job Description
We are seeking a GBS Transformation & Analytics Analyst to lead process improvement and data-driven decision making across our Global Business Services. The role involves analyzing operations, designing transformation initiatives, and developing analytics models to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Map workflows, build dashboards, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and track solutions.
- Minimum 2+ years in analytics or transformation; strong SQL, Excel, and Power BI/Tableau skills required.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Preferred: GBS experience, R/Python, and change management expertise.
