Job Description
As a GBSC – Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users of software applications within the organization. Your primary duties will include troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and ensuring smooth operation of applications.
Key responsibilities will include analyzing user requirements, identifying solutions, and implementing software updates. You will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively. Prior experience in application support and a degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
