Job Description
We are currently looking for a Gender and Social Inclusion Advisor to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in promoting gender equality and social inclusion within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote gender equality in the workplace.
- Provide guidance and support to management and staff on gender-related issues.
- Conduct gender analysis to identify any gaps or barriers to inclusion.
- Create and deliver training programs to enhance awareness and understanding of gender and social inclusion.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to align our practices with industry standards and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of our gender and social inclusion initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in gender studies, social sciences, or a related field.
- Experience working in gender and social inclusion roles.
- Strong knowledge of gender equality principles and international frameworks.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build partnerships.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
