Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all regular accounting processes such as A/P and Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.
- Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.
- Analyze and forecast financial requirements for the organization.
- Supervise and ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in the organization.
- Monitor and implement all accounts payable check activation and wire transactions.
- Assist departments in account reconciliation process on a monthly basis.
- Monitor authorized account reconciliation process.
- Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accounting or Finance and a CPA certification.
- Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam).
- English verbal communication, written communication, and reading comprehension.
- Must be proficient in admin tasks.
- Able to navigate Microsoft operating systems.
- Able to understand and operate accounting software.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Applicant must be willing to report on-site.
- Must be willing to do office assignment in Carmona.
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule:
- Monday-Saturday
- 48 Hours work per week
- 8 Hour Shift
Benefits: 13th Month Salary
Pay: Starting salary is within P20,00-P25,00 depending on experience and credentials.
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
