Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintains Group’s General Ledger accounts;
- Maintains Fixed Assets Register;
- Prepares monthly Income Statements report;
- Assists in preparation of Group’s annual budgeting and forecasting;
- Maintains Company Contracts Database;
- Prepares monthly schedules of Balance Sheet accounts;
- Prepares monthly schedules Income Statement analysis;
- Prepares monthly Income Statement of the Group;
- Assists in preparation of Group’s annual budgeting and forecasting;
- Maintains Group’s Fixed Assets Register;
- Monitors contracts review status;
- Maintains Group’s contract database.
Requirements
- Any Business course, preferably with major in Accounting;
- At least 5 years relevant experience;
- Preferably CPA, an advantage;
- Well versed in maintenance of accounting books and ledgers;
- Highly organized with effective time management;
- Fluent in English verbal and written communication;
- Amenable to work on site.
