Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Honest, Hardworking, Dependable, Preferably CPA but not a must.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Experience in working in a real estate company is a plus.
- Must know how to:
– Maintain the organization’s bookkeeping process, bank reconciliations and produce financial statements.
– Posting financial data to accounts.
– Processing tax returns and maintaining database.
– Processing SS, HDMF, Philhealth and other Business Requirements.
– Responsible for collections and assisting with processing of government compliance forms including but not limited to VAT, Withholding tax, Tax on Compensation.
– Process business permits and annual BIR registration and submissions.
– Prepare and update lease contracts and coordinate with lessees.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
