Job Description
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Support and assist in the smooth running of the accounting department, ensuring adherence to accounting and company standards.
- Participate in developing financial and accounting strategies aligned with the Hotel’s objectives.
- Take ownership of assigned duties and tasks, contributing to the annual budget development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and oversee training of accounting employees.
- Develop own skills within the accounting department and collaborate with the Head of Department to maintain performance levels.
- Build effective working relationships, promote company culture and values.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, internal controls, and best practices.
