Job Description
*Permanent Work-from-home/Full-time*
We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant with at least 4 years of experience to join our finance team at Smartual Philippines Enterprise Inc. As a General Accountant, you will manage the financial operations of multiple entities and work closely with a growing eCommerce client.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting operations, ensure compliance, and prepare financial statements.
- Implement financial controls, liaise with auditors and advisors, and support decision-making.
- Utilize Odoo ERP system for financial management.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of accounting experience, with 2 years using Odoo or other ERP systems.
- Experience in ecommerce or BPO is a plus, strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Excellent English communication skills, strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 1pm-10pm (PH Time)
Salary: Php56,00.00 per month
Benefits: Work from home; Schedule: 8-hour afternoon shift, fixed from Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay, Yearly bonus
Experience: Accounting: 5 years, eCommerce: 1 year, Odoo: 2 years, ERP systems: 2 years
