Job Description
The General Accountant will review all items recorded in the books and ensure completeness and correctness of entries. He/she will also monitor the Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables of the company and Tax Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, collections, and payments.
- Tax Preparation: Assist in tax planning and compliance, including the preparation of tax returns and VAT submissions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.
