Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of schedules as required by external auditors, act as liason to government agencies such as BIR and municipal office.
- Preparation and posting of journal entries (per site) in MCF Corporation, MCF Fund, including intercompany transactions.
- Responsible for the monthly billing of trust fee.
- Preparation of monthly preparation journal entries.
- Managing of petty cash fund.
- Conducting bank reconciliations.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience is required.
- Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and others).
- Candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of basic accounting and/or finance procedures.
- Ability to work independently with a strong work orientation.
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Paranaque City.
