Job Description
- Record all financial transactions of the company both system and all books of accounts.
- Maintain financial records up to date.
- Reconciling bank and book balances.
- Assist on preparing financial statements.
- Processing payments to the supplier.
- Maintain and monitor accounts payable.
- Track all the expenses of the company and analyze the budget and actual data.
- Filing and encoding of all issued receipts and other supporting documents needed in accounting.
- Issue bills to customers, as needed.
- Assist on collecting payments from customers, as needed.
- Other tasks that the management may assign.
