Job Description
Position Overview:
The General Accounting Specialist at Kabizko Inc. will be responsible for various accounting and administrative tasks to support the finance department. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must for this role in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable Support
- Financial Data Entry and Reconciliation
- Expense Reporting and Reimbursement
- General Ledger Maintenance
- Administrative Support
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
