Job Description
Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- At least 3 years experienced in related works
- Responsible, must be good in analysis, organized, honest, assertive, meticulous, and can work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Must be good in Oral & written communication
- Can deal with different personalities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation & submission of required reports to regulatory agencies
- Responsible for the operation of all accounting systems and records, including cash receipts, expenditures, investments, purchasing, inventory, assets & payroll
- Check & review petty cash replenishment, liquidation report, supplier’s statement of account, other payables for check issuances, mandated benefits and payroll
- Check monthly inventory of CPI materials and tools, office equipment and furniture
- Generate financial reports every month and year-end
- Assist in the preparation of annual working budget and taxes
- Assist in filing and payment of BIR forms
- Initiate procedures and prepare accounting memorandum
- Reconcile/monitor bank accounts to payables or issued receipts
- Monitor/control schedule of accounts payable for cheque releases & petty cash transactions
- Maintain and/or update list of collections
- Monitor payment for loan amortization and control budget for meals
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
