Job Description
EARTH HOMECARE PRODUCTS (PHILIPPINES), INC. is currently seeking a skilled and experienced General Accounting Supervisor to join our team. As a General Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing guidance to the accounting staff.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members. You should also have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Your main duties will include overseeing the preparation of financial statements, analyzing and reconciling financial data, developing and implementing accounting procedures, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior accounting staff.
