Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as Administrative Assistant/office staff preferably in Logistics/Transportation/trucking company. (not required but certainly a big asset)
- Tech Savvy, must know the basic computer shortcuts for efficient work.
- Must be knowledgeable with Google Workspace and MS Office applications especially MS Excel.
- Fast-learner with initiative on doing things.
- Great communicator, knows how to handle their temper.
- Can multi task with minimum supervision
- Can handle pressure and deadlines.
- Willing to start ASAP
