Job Description
Concert8 Solutions Inc is seeking a proactive and organized General Administrator with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will manage various administrative tasks and support multiple functions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and route them appropriately.
- Manage web chat and SMS inquiries.
- Create and update work orders.
- Review candidate resumes and shortlist applicants.
- Coordinate with dispatch for worker availability.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience, strong organizational skills, and own equipment required.
