INFINITY Support Philippines Inc. is looking for a skilled General Affairs Agent to join our pioneer team.
JOB SUMMARY:
The role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and ensuring office functions run smoothly.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide admin support to various departments
- Maintain Masterfile for licenses
- Communicate and update licenses
- Handle invoices and payments
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in admin roles preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php 23,00.00 per month
