Job Description
Support the backend Renewal Process solutions of Central Business Preservation Unit, aimed at achieving overall incremental GWP and renewal count. Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders such as Operations, IT, Underwriting, and Commercial Business Distribution to ensure effective backend processes in Renewals.
Support CBPU Specialist in the GI Renewal backend process:
- Prepare renewal Pipelining of renewing accounts
- Prepare GI related renewal quotations and proposals to Distributors;
- Assist with the Floats accounts, up to renewal issuance
- Coordinate with Policy Issuance team on pending cases and ensure completion of renewal cases
- Timely submission of regular and special reports
- Assist in the day-to-day renewal operations, and other tasks that may be required from time to time.
