Job Description
We are seeking a General Ledger Reconciliation Specialist to reconcile balance sheet accounts, analyze variances, and support month-end close. The role prepares account analyses, posts adjusting entries, coordinates with business units, and drives improvements to reconciliation controls and processes.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; 2+ years of general ledger or reconciliation experience.
- Skills: advanced Excel, familiarity with ERP systems, strong analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Nature: hands-on, deadline-driven, with regular cross-functional collaboration.
