Job Description
Green Bar is on the lookout for a skilled General Manager to join our team and elevate our events program. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational management expertise with a creative touch in event planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations with an emphasis on efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Assess financial performance, including sales figures, cost of goods sold (COGS), and labor expenses.
- Inspire and lead staff to cultivate a positive work culture.
- Design and implement both in-house and offsite events that reflect Green Bar’s brand identity.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of management experience in the hospitality or events sector; solid financial acumen; a love for plant-based cuisine is a plus.
Compensation: Starting at Php30,00 per month, plus benefits.
