Job Description
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or Business Administration; MBA preferred;
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of success in managing business operations;
- Preferably with knowledge or experience on solar industry trends and best practices;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities;
- Financial acumen and budget management skills;
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals;
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and integrity in business practices;
- Preferably a resident or willing to be relocated in Pampanga.
