Job Description
Reporting directly to the National Sales Operations Manager, the Area Manager is accountable for supervising daily store operations within their designated area. Additionally, the Area Head is assigned by management to formulate and execute operational strategies effectively, aiming to achieve maximum sales targets.
This role mandates a degree in Management or a related field, a minimum of two years’ experience as an Area Manager in retail or service-oriented industries. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of emotional maturity, a robust sales drive, high energy levels, the ability to handle intense pressure, and a results-oriented mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
