Team Objective:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing solutions and educating customers on our services.
Scope of Support:
- Cater to customer calls and resolve cases efficiently.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to resolve complex cases.
- Provide additional support to the business and offer weekend coverage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
