Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (any course); Accounting related course is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative roles (e.g. Documentations, Bidding, Auditing).
- Proficient in computer navigation.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in English and Tagalog communication.
Responsibilities:
- Review documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain a central document repository.
- Collaborate with teams for information gathering.
- Ensure documentation complies with regulations and standards.
- Prepare bids and proposals for projects.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Estimate project costs and develop pricing strategies.
- Maintain records of bids, contracts, and documents.
- Participate in negotiations with clients and vendors.
- Identify risks and propose improvements.
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members.
- Job Type: Full-time; Pay: Php30,00.00 per month.
