Job Description
The General Estate Virtual Assistant handles all tasks assigned by the General Manager such as phone and online tasks for a real estate business and other lines of business by HappyHomes.PH. They can make outbound calls for leads, receive calls, and follow up with clients through phone, email, chats. They will also create digital marketing content, posting in all social media platforms. Finally will be the contact person of the real estate agents, clients, developers and brokers for all information about the property.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a real estate virtual assistant or any related sales experience will be acceptable. Newly graduate applicants who show willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Has own laptop/tablet, cellphone and good internet connection at home.
- Knowledgeable in social media marketing like creating contents, posting, sharing to all social media platforms.
- Excellent customer service skills, can reply to chats, calls, sms and emails.
- Knows how to use different communication platforms like viber, whatsapp, telegram etc.
- Knows how to use basic Microsoft Office like word, excel, powerpoint and emails.
- Have a positive attitude, hardworking, shows willingness to help their colleagues.
- Other tasks assigned by the CEO.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent people person attitude and have a good sense of humor
- Can work as part of the team or as independent.
- Can report in person to Cavite Office at least 2x a week.
- Willing to travel for meetings and site viewing.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php12,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
