Job Description
YourRemoteAssistant is seeking a General Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in using ZENDESK
- Graduate of a 4-year course
- Minimum 2 years experience (CSR/Admin)
- Full-time permanent work from home (No part-time jobs)
- Available to work in US business hours
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Good management, organizational, and planning skills
Technical Requirements:
- Internet: At least 20mbps download, 10mbps upload for primary internet. Backup internet required.
- Laptop or PC: At least i3 7th gen with 8GB RAM and Windows 10 OS
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Benefits: Work from home
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Evening shift
- Monday to Friday, Night shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay, Performance bonus
Experience:
- Virtual Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
- ZENDESK: 2 years (Preferred)
