Job Description
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using ZENDESK
- Graduate of 4 years in any course
- Minimum 2 years experience in CSR/Admin
- Full-time work (min 40 hours per week) and permanent work from home
- Open to working in US business hours
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Good management, organizational, and planning skills
- At least 2 years related work experience
Technical Requirements:
- Internet: At least 20mbps download, 10mbps upload for primary internet
- Laptop or PC: At least i3 7th gen with 8GB RAM and Windows 10 OS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
