Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for providing technical advice to the Exploration and Development Head on matters relating to geological and related activities, including evaluation, geohazards, hydrological studies, and well drilling to ensure efficient expansion and exploration, development, and management of geothermal and other earth resources
- Supports the group’s needs for expertise in the field of geology such as, but not limited to, the study, analysis and evaluation of geological structures, rock formation, volcano-tectonic model of the resource to provide a comprehensive understanding of the geothermal reservoir
- Conducts research on new technologies that address matters related to the improvement of well target selection
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Geology
- Preferably with Post Graduate studies in Earth Science or Advance course in Geothermal 3D Mapping
- Good Project Management Skills
- Knowledge on various problem-solving and decision-making models
- Extensive knowledge on scientific / quantitative approaches
- Knowledge of Basic Geosciences and Well-engineering Principles
- Willing to be assigned in Head Office or to any binary/site if needed (e.g., Fieldwork purposes).
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
