- Supporting the Client’s vendors through phone calls.
- Resolving vendor complaints and queries.
- Providing detailed information to customers.
- Following up with the vendors for any further information.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the vendors.
- Adhering to the client’s policies & procedures.
