Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated German Client Support Analyst to join our team. As a German Client Support Analyst, your main responsibility will be to assist our German-speaking clients with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our products or services.
You will need to have strong communication skills in both German and English, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred but not required.
