Job Description
We are seeking a German-speaking Technical Support Specialist to deliver professional assistance with product setup, troubleshooting, and software-related issues. You will manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, accurately document resolutions, and escalate complex cases to engineering when required.
- Requirements: fluent German and English, strong problem-solving skills, basic networking and Windows/Mac familiarity, and customer service experience.
- Preferred: prior experience supporting SaaS platforms or hardware products.
