Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a GHL Specialist. As a GHL Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the GHL system to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and troubleshooting GHL system hardware and software.
- Supporting merchants and customers in using the GHL system.
- Performing regular system checks and updates.
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Documenting and reporting system performance and improvement suggestions.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in IT and a deep understanding of payment processing systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
