Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as the GL Staff Accountant focusing on Compensation. The role involves managing and reconciling compensation accounts, analyzing financial data related to employee benefits and incentives, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong proficiency in Excel and knowledge of accounting software are required. Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
