Job Description
As a Global Consumer Relations Escalations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing escalated consumer concerns and complaints from a global perspective. Your role will involve leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of issues, and implementing strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Your main duties will include monitoring and analyzing consumer feedback, identifying trends in escalated issues, and working closely with cross-functional teams to address root causes.
