Job Description
Looking for a dynamic individual to lead our Global Deduction Team. Responsibilities include managing a team of deduction specialists, overseeing deduction processes, and ensuring timely resolution of deductions.
- Lead and motivate the team to meet deduction resolution targets.
- Analyze deduction trends and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline deduction processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Experience in deductions management and strong leadership skills are required.
