Job Description
- Time Type: Full time

- Responsible for managing the service center providing various HR services
- Handle global HR inquiries
- Ensure timely quality delivery of work, compliance with SLAs, and KPI adherence
- Manage case management system and escalations
- Answer customer inquiries and calls
- Liaise with centers of excellence
- Understanding of basic HR policies and procedures
- Maintain knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Computer literate with intermediate PC skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret data and maintain confidentiality
- Customer service experience
