Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful leadership development programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
