Job Description
As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will be responsible for managing international assignments and ensuring a smooth transition for employees relocating abroad. Your duties include coordinating visas, tax compliance, and relocation logistics. You will work closely with different departments to provide support and guidance to employees throughout the relocation process.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing mobility policies, conducting pre-assignment briefings, and tracking assignment progress. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as you will be the main point of contact for expatriates and their managers.
