Job Description
Position: Global Operations Manager (OM)
Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer
Work Location: Pampanga, Philippines
Relocation Assistance: Flight Expense and Work Permit will be provided.

Overview: The Global Operations Manager will oversee processes in TRT offices across 15 countries, including US, UK, Australia, and Philippines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce standardized company policies globally.
- Develop strategic approaches to address business challenges.
- Manage Global HR, IT Admin, and Compliance Teams.
- Conduct risk management and analysis.
- Perform site and client visits for efficient global management.
- Prepare reports for CEO review.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong global expertise in Business and IT.
- Multilingual communication skills.
- Knowledge of global labor laws and contract management.
- Proficiency with various software systems.
- Ability to adapt to global client needs.

Pay: Php392,00.00 – Php560,00.00 per month
