Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Global Payroll Lead to oversee all aspects of payroll worldwide. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing payroll processes across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities include overseeing payroll operations, managing a team of payroll specialists, developing and implementing payroll policies, and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
The Global Payroll Lead will also be responsible for staying up to date on payroll industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and efficiency.
