Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring infrastructure systems, troubleshooting issues, and developing comprehensive documentation. Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, will be considered an advantage.
