Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Global Talent Acquisition Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities on a global scale, ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, sourcing potential candidates through various channels, organizing interviews and assessments, and managing the offer process.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong understanding of global recruitment practices. Prior experience in talent acquisition and recruitment coordination is preferred.
