Job Description

Position Purpose:

As the Global Director of Talent Management at Afni, Inc., you will lead the organization-wide talent management and development initiatives. Your role will involve designing and implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent in alignment with the company’s goals.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive talent management strategy.
  • Identifying and addressing talent gaps.
  • Creating programs for talent attraction, development, and retention.
  • Ensuring diversity and inclusion in the workforce.
  • Implementing succession planning and training programs.
  • Conducting performance evaluations and monitoring turnover rates.
  • Developing retention programs and team-building activities.
  • Creating policies to support internal promotions and defining job responsibilities.
  • Coaching employees and onboarding new leaders.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Director of Talent or similar role.
  • Experience with performance management, employee training, and project management.
  • Hands-on experience with Performance Management Systems and Tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to travel as required.
