Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The purpose of this role is to provide strategic governance structure and advice to establish and maintain the highest standards of governance.
- This includes the design and implementation of effective corporate governance of the Conglomerate, working closely with the President with accountability to the Board of Directors.
- Shall lead the development and management of frameworks on risk management, record information systems, regulatory compliance, and other processes to be used by the organization.
- Will serve as the main adviser on ensuring controls and processes are implemented to allow businesses to grow flexibly while ensuring the management of risks and adherence to compliance.
- Shall ensure that parameters and value thresholds are clearly set to guide the different businesses in the practice and conduct of their operations.
- Requires at least fifteen (15) years of experience in Key Leadership roles across Governance.
