Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a GRC Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring our organization’s adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments to identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Collaborate with various teams to design and implement compliance programs
- Monitor and evaluate internal control systems to ensure effectiveness
- Prepare and present reports on compliance issues and recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in governance, risk, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using GRC tools and software
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
